UW-Madison Division of Extension is offering the Wisconsin School Phone Bans Webinar Series, a three-part virtual series featuring research and guidance for supporting students at school and at home.

Monday, August 31, 2026 | 12:00–1:15 p.m. | $10 to attend
Designed for school and district leaders, principals, and support staff. This session will address policy implementation, communication, staff alignment, and building community support.
💡 Managing Phone-Free Learning
Monday, August 31, 2026 | 5:30–6:00 p.m. | $5 to attend
Designed for educators and school staff. This session will share practical strategies for establishing classroom routines, responding to challenges, and helping students adjust to phone-free learning.
🌎 Parenting in a Digital World
Tuesday, September 1, 2026 | 6:00–6:30 p.m. | Free to attend
Designed for parents and caregivers. This session will explore how families can support children through school phone policy changes while building healthy and realistic digital habits at home.
Participants are welcome to attend multiple sessions. Registration fees from the professional sessions help support our continued ability to offer free classes and resources for Wisconsin families.
